Handmade products - minor imperfections

Every plaster kit is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations, tiny air bubbles, or small surface imperfections may occur. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If you are unhappy with your order or receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can help resolve the issue.

Non-refundable items

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchasing.
Customised Kits: Personalised or custom-made plaster kits are non-refundable and cannot be returned once ordered, unless defective.
